RMA policy

Thank you for your purchase.  We hope you are happy with your purchase.  However, if the product is not compatible or if you need technical assistance, please contact us through live chat, sales@ampinc.com or 714-460-9800.  We are always here to help you.

Return Material Authorization (RMA)

No Product may be returned directly to amp Inc without first contacting amp Inc for a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number. If it is determined that the Product may be defective, you will be given an RMA number and instructions for Product return. An unauthorized return, i.e. one for which an RMA number has not been issued, will be returned to you at your expense. Authorized returns are to be shipped prepaid and insured to the address on the RMA in an approved shipping container.


All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.  All returned items must be in new and unused conditions, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging with RMA# provided, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.  Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
