RMA Policy

We are proud of a low product return rate at Accelerated Memory Production, Inc. compared to the industry standards. Moreover, if you do come across any product-related concern, our dedicated customer support team is here to make it seamless for you to receive an exchange or refund right away.

Once we receive the information necessary to understand the customer’s problem, our first priority is to restore the product they bought from us to full operation. Suppose you are a partner or customer and suspect that there’s a hardware defect that’s covered by an active limited warranty or support agreement. You may contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) approval. To submit an RMA policy request, you will need to submit the following information:

● Nature of the error/problem
● Serial number of chassis where the problematic component is located (as applicable)
● Serial number of the problematic component you want to return
● End user’s company name
● Contact information
● Customer shipping address information to ensure the replacement component is sent to the correct destination
● Partner name and contact information (if applicable)

After receiving the component, if our technical support team confirms the error/defect, we will assign an RMA number and approve the shipment of the replacement unit. Our RMA policy applies to all our products under an active support agreement or a limited warranty.

How Does the RMA Process Work?

Most SSDs, DRAM modules, SD cards, and other storage products returned to us are not defective. Customers sometimes think they have received a defective product, but it’s an improper installation or usage issue. We want to save you the trouble of returning a perfectly

okay product by walking you through the various use and installation scenarios.

Note: We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee to protect against abuse of our return policy.

Here are the terms and conditions of our RMA procedure:

All Returns

If your product received a customization that is not covered by our limited warranty, we cannot approve your refund, replacement, or return request.

Make sure to retain shipping information (i.e., tracking numbers) until you have received a replacement unit or your original credit card/customer account has been credited by Accelerated Memory Production, Inc. Replacement units may be refurbished or brand new.

Return/Replacement for DRAM Modules

When returning a DRAM product, please make sure each component is properly packaged and separately placed in the original package or another appropriate bag. Also, include a copy of your RMA form email with the package. If the product is improperly packaged and, as a result, gets damaged in the process, Accelerated Memory Production, Inc. is not responsible for the losses.

Return/Replacement for SSDs, Hard Drives, Flash Drives, SD Cards, and other Non-DRAM Products

When returning a non-DRAM product, any accompanying accessories (such as manuals, cables, etc.) must also be returned to us. If any component is missing, we will not be able to send a replacement or issue a credit, and the product will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

Please keep in mind that the customer permanently relinquishes ownership of the Flash Card product, USB Flash Drive, or an SSD once they return it. So, ensure you have saved that product’s data to another digital location before sending it back to us. To protect your privacy, we also urge you to delete that data from the drive and double-check it before returning it. While we take certain steps to overwrite any remaining data on a returned product, we are not liable for misuse or loss of any personal data stored on the said product.

Resellers

To prevent the rejection of your authorization RMA or getting charged with a restocking fee, remove any glue residue and labels that you may have added to the product, leaving the OEM or Accelerated Memory Production, Inc. label intact.

International Returns

You may need to pay taxes and customs duties on the RMA processes and return processing if the product being returned was not bought directly from Accelerated Memory Production, Inc. If you can show us the receipts indicating that you paid duties on the original order, you may be able to get a reimbursement from your local government agency.
